Dear C.A.R.B.,

The State of California can neither afford or risk killing not only
the sport fishing industry but private recreational boating itself,
A absolute death blow to an already shaky economy in California.
Talk about a max exodus, people will leave this state in droves,
they will go elsewhere to enjoy their hobbies and dreams. I grew up
in the 60's & 70's and remember the pollution, C.A.R.B. has done a
wonderful job cleaning up the air here in Southern California, but
the time has come to help find solutions, rather than just outright
bans. Use the technology and resources available to help the
boating/fishing communities, before we all pack our boats and gear
and leave.
