| Comment | The proposed new regulations for the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulations are not warranted and I strongly oppose the new regulations due to it eliminating the ability for commercial fishing boats to comply with the onerous restrictions and it will kill the commercial fishing industry and kill jobs and consumers ability to fish. As written, the new law doesn't take in consideration the "public good" and it harms the public by removing vessels from being able to be used because it is not economically feasible for them to comply. |
