I am concerned the proposed passenger boat regulations require new
engines and technology that is not feasible from a safety,
financial or operational standpoint.

The proposed regulations will likely remove passenger boats made of
wood and fiberglass from service. This would apply to over 80% of
all boats! Boat owners will be forced out of business.

My family and millions like us will be denied affordable access to
the ocean. Our access to the ocean and ability to go fishing is the
reason we live in California. 

There will be a ripple effect, negatively impacting tourism, jobs,
and quality of living.
