| Comment | My name is Brian Magaline. I am the owner operator of Lucky Six Sportfishing out of the San Francisco Bay Area. I have been in the charter boat industry since I was 14 years old, starting as a deck hand and working my way to a captain and boat owner. Fishing is not just a business it is a way of life for all charter captains. If we are required to replace our engines with tier 4 engines myself and almost every other charter boat owner along the California coast will be put out of business. I have put everything I have into starting my business please do not force this on us. |
