I am a fisherman who opposes the harbor craft CARB regulation
deadlines.  Harbor Craft should be treated similarly as commercial
fishing vessels.  However if, indeed, the regulations are to go in
effect then the state should assist these vessel owners to buy new
compliant vessels.  Otherwise, this recreation that contributes
significantly to the enjoyment of many less privileged fisherman as
well as the economy will cease to exist in any affordable manner. 
It is my understanding that there is no reasonable technology to
retrofit current boats for compliance.

Please do what is needed to keep these family businesses that bring
enjoyment and economic livelihood to many afloat.
