| Comment | Regarding the commercial harbor craft regulations. I have been a resident of California for sixty eight years and have experienced the demise of freedoms bestowed upon citizens in the name of clean air. I do remember the days of bad air but those have been significantly improved via the auto engine improvements. This approach is such an overreach with such little impact on your big picture and that picture is looking very bleak I own a private diesel powered boat and fear that they are next on the chopping block. Where does all this insanity end? California has become a state I no longer recognize. People that work are leaving like rats on a sinking ship. Putting people out of business doesn't seem like a recipe for success to float this sinking ship. |
