I am against passage of "Proposed Amendments to the Commercial
Harbor Craft Regulation". This will effectively limit people from
enjoying the Californian ocean waters by lowering the number of
available vessels and driving up consumers cost.

Sportfishing boats should be exempt from any such legislation.
