| Comment | Please reject the proposals to put regulations in place that would require new engines and technology on passenger fishing and whale watching boats. These boats are the livelihood for many of our California families as well as being an important part of our coastal communities culture and economies. The proposed regulations would destroy people's livelihood (the regulations would be too expensive for many) and hurt local economies that have already suffered a great deal over the past year and a half. |
