| Comment | The pending rule to mandate metal hulls on sport fishing and whale watching charter boats is ill advised. The use of wood/fiberglass in this class of boats is an accepted and tested building material. Please show my comments as against the proposed rule for all whale watching and sport fishing charter boats to have a metal hull. |
