I enjoy deep sea fishing, and I understand that there may be new rules placed on the boats used by sport fishing, and that your own estimates are the all wood and fiberglass boats will need to be replaced, which will effective destroy sport fishing. its already an expensive hobby and if they need to buy new boats, prices will soar, making it unaffordable to most. Please don't do this. |
