Please dont force small business owners out of business.  Build a
better state that thrives economically, not forces families out of
work.  

Didnt California just 10 years ago assist with updating all the
sportfishing fleet with newer clean burning diesel engines. 

Please make some provisions here that keep California families and
small business working.
