Save our fishing boats stop these expensive and unaffordable CARB
Compliant mandates on civilian boats, if you want to stop the
pollution start with the Cargo Ships that Pollute Millions of
Gallons of waste and pollution in our ocean, if you really care
about the ocean and the pollution you will start with the real
polluters not the small guy just trying to fish for sport or to
feed his family, please think about this measure again and stop
this ridiculous CARB mandate
