| Comment | As the executive director of Mission Fish, A non profit taking Veterans with PTSD and TBI fishing up to ten times per year, for free, the new mandates would destroy this opportunity for our vets along with the industry as a whole. Due to Covid, boats have already almost double their rates. Ridership is down and many owners are holding on by a thread.
