| Comment | Dear Carb leadership. Requiring commercial and sport fishing fleet engine retrofits or complete replacement will render the fleet of recreational boats uneconomically viable. This "Over reach" in regulations by CARB is not reasonable. Destroying economic tecreation for the common man is not the best way to control alleged pollution and emmissiobs.
