| Comment | Good morning, I am writing to oppose the strict regulations causing many small businesses related to fishing and whale watching to permanently close. These small businesses cannot afford to purchase new state of the art boats with modern clean diesel engines. If you force them to purchase new boats an large grant should be provided to offset the purchase. Please reconsider your strict business killing regulations. It already harmed the construction and trucking companies. Thank you Jason |
