| Comment | Please do not pass any bill that affects boats that are currently operating and registered. This will put many boat owners out of business. The sport boats are some of the best stewards of the ocean. Sport boats are frequently the only way these passengers get to experience the ocean first hand. They learn to appreciate the ocean as well as the need to protect it. That benefit out weighs the potential decrease in "manmade carbon emissions". |
