| Comment | Please consider the lives of the captain's and their families that would be devastated by this new emissions law. Not being able to retro fit an older historical boat is not tolerable. Forcing them to buy boats that they can't afford, and anglers who wouldn't be able to afford the fare to fish either. Just say NO!! |
