| Comment | This legislation is irrational and unfair to Sport fishing. The cost to boat owners will cripple the industry. If the technology doesn't exist yet or is cost prohibitve. Shouldn't we be requiring the commercial fishing industry to fund the technology and abide by the same environmental restrictions? CHC 2021 |
