| Comment | It would be a major mistake to make this change. If you go ahead with these changes 90% of the sport fishing industry will go out of business. They cannot afford to make these major changes. This would mean that most of the ocean sport fishing people, like myself will not have the ability to go fishing. Allot of children learn important life lessons by going fishing with their parents and grandparents. |
