| Comment | Dear CARB, Please do not implement these draconian changes which would cripple the existing CA coastal sport fishing and whale watching fleet. Thousands of jobs and millions of dollars in tourism revenue will be lost. Please go back to the drawing board to work out a phased plan which considers current technology and econonomics of the small businesses which are dependent on the current vessel / engine technology.
