| Comment | CARB has effected many good changes. I have noticed a marked improvement in air quality since I moved to Los Angeles from Portland, Oregon in 1983. We can see the mountains most days now. Congratulations! But let's be reasonable. Let us not go so far as to decimate our livelihoods. We should protect our resources FOR the people, not FROM the people. You can be sure that those elected officials now in power will find themselves looking for new jobs if CARB is allowed to proceed with such draconian measures.
