| Comment | Please review and hold off on making drastic changes to the fishing industry. I understand the need for cleaner vessels, but it can be done in a much more manageable manner that won't harm the sport fishing public. ME! Realistic and practical should be the move forward and match existing equipment with the timing of adoption of those changes. |
