| Comment | My mother was a lady angler for many years before she passed away. She cleaned houses for a living and waited tables. She never dreamed that CARB would threaten the fishing she loved. My mother lived hand to mouth and was homeless on more than one occasion. The sport fishing boats were the only way she could afford to fish. Now it looks like only the rich few can fish in our waters. It's a sad thought. Fishing will no longer be affordable. |
