| Comment | To whom it may concern The fisheries in California is hard enough to fish in our local waters with as many closures there are in the state of California. Now it seems we are paying more attention to basically trying to close or shut down the sportfishing industries to force boat owners to comply with these ridiculous rules of upgrading boats and wonder why you have citizens leaving this state due to unreasonable rules and fees. |
