| Comment | I would like to object to the mandate to repower the owner operated boat in the So. Cal Sportfishing Fleet. There are no engines which meet the current projected requirements and when they are made available they may not be adaptable to the current vessels. I really enjoy sportfishing offshore, and probably would not be able to travel to Mexico to go fishing. The Mexican boats fish the same waters as the San Diego and Mission Bay Fleets. |
