| Subject | CHC2021 Save Our Boats |
| Comment | I am opposed to CHC2021 and request a modification so that sportfishing boats are exempt. Many sportfishing boats (estimated as up to 80%) will go out of business. As they do so, millions of Californians will be denied access to the open sea and significant economic harm will come to coastal communities that depend on outdoor tourism. Me and my family's ability to harvest our own seafood and enjoy the sea will be compromised. Respectfully submitted, Robert C. Gangi |
