| Comment | I am in opposition to the proposed legislation and urge my representatives to not adopt the proposed amendments to the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation. The negative impact these proposed amendments will have on our State greatly outweigh the benefit - for all Californians. Any major change to an entire industry has to be carefully considered and gradually implemented. |
