Dear Carb. please reconsider the draconian emissions regulations
you are
considering imposing on sportfishing/whale watching vessels. These
regs.
will destroy recreation and educational participation by the public
and
livelihoods of boat operators. Consider the effect of the expense
that will
be incurred and the loss to the public. Your regs. will have a
minuscule effect
on emissions considering the lack of cooperation by other countries
but further
diminish the quality of life we have here in California. Thank you,
