I have been in this industry for over forty years.  The sport
fishing community generates millions of dollars to this states
economy.  If this bill passes you will be putting thousands of
people out of work and ruin family businesses that have been passed
down for generations.  Our fleets have all complied to all
regulations mandated by the state and Coast Guard.  Again if this
bill passes the sport fishing vessels will be worthless.  PLEASE DO
THE RIGHT THING AND SAVE SPORTFISHING AND DO NOT PASS THIS BILL.
