| Comment | Please do not push new regulations that will ruin boat operators lives and make this state worse than it already is getting. I understand you guys want to be leading in championing change to try to be the first but with all the foreign carbon footprints you'll just be giving them the advantage for profits and the new law will not even chip at carbon. |
