To whom it may concern,

This proposed emissions regulation is an abomination. Many
hardworking and good people will lose their jobs as well as many
others who will lose their favorite recreational activity. I have
many good friends and family members in the commercial fishing
world that this bill would crush and put them out of work. I also
know many recreational fisherman who would not be able to afford
fishing any longer if the old boats get pulled and the ticket
prices skyrocket. It is unfair and unconstitutional to put hard
working Americans out of work to try and clean up the emissions
issue. If you want to stop emissions go after oil tankers, cargo
ships and cruise ships that actually pollute the world not family
owned and operated fishing vessels. We have a very special ocean
environment off the coast of California and acts like this will
prevent the state population and others who visit to enjoy its
beauty and have amazing experiences on the water. Please consider
my letter and leave the hard working fishing community alone.
