| Comment | I am concerned that the new possible engine requirements will eliminate the access to ocean fishing. Since I do not have the ability to own and run a boat I utilize the party boats for my fishing. If the engine requirements are implemented the costs and ability to even install these new engines will put that part of the fishing industry out of business thus eliminating me from fishing. The will also eliminate the revenue I produce to the state Fisheries support. This potential mandate should be given exemptions until a more affordable solution is obtainable.
