I have just heard about the new restrictions that will be placed on
sport fishing boats.  This will kill the sport fishing industry and
deny many people who enjoy being out on the water.  This coming
after the shutdown of the industry in 2020 due to COVID.  What are
you people thinking?  I don't get it.  Please reconsider these
ridiculous new rules.   Thank you.
