Hello,

I am a lifelong angler and fellow offshore sport fisherman. I am
very concerned that the rules being proposed by the CARB will limit
my ability and access to enjoy the natural resources offshore. I am
concerned that the fleet of sportfishing boats will not be able to
retrofit their fleets to meet the emissions standards that are
being proposed. I worry that access to enjoy sportfishing offshore
will be limited to those who either have their own private boat or
can afford astronomical prices that sportfishing captains and
landings will have to charge to become compliant with these new
regulations. Please, consider the financial impact on the users and
consumers who will be impacted and who will bear the brunt of these
rule changes.
