Dear Sir,

Please be advised that as a avid angler and outdoor enthusiast I am
voicing my concerns that pertains to the sportfishing boat
industries and how these actions could hurt both jobs and the very
persons that are key to protecting the environment that we love. We
are asking for a rational approach to the legislation that would
impact the fishing industry by making it extremely difficult or
almost undoable with this requirement to bring boats to a emission
levels that for the most part don't even exist. It would even be
more cost prohibitive in the retrofitting of existing vessels and
therefore putting these boats out of business. Therefore I urge you
to make reasonable ways to gradually implementing policies that are
good and reasonable.   Thank for your time and consideration.
