| Comment | The proposed changes under consideration by the CARB concerning emissions and changes for sport fishin and whale watch vessels are far too draconian and should be phased in differently. The proposed changes will severely economically affect both the fish landings and whale watch operations. The proposed changes will also directly affect customers of these businesses. I urge you to vote them down and to reconsider how and when future changes to these rules are implemented. |
