Please reconsider these proposed regulations. Fishing boats are a
very small segment of the vessels producing emissions. In
comparison to ocean liners and freighters, their emissions are
miniscule. Most of these sport fishing businesses are family run.
They cannot afford to retrofit or buy new equipment and would put
them out of business. Please reconsider these new proposed
regulations. Thank you.
