| Comment | Please do not pass the new regulations that were considered in the March 16th workshop that proposes amendments to the Commercial Harbor Crafts Regulations. These new rules would destroy many small businesses that serve not just fishermen, but families everywhere, who deserve an affordable ability to enjoy our oceans, bays and harbors on the current inventory of commercial watercraft. Whatever benefits you think this draconian measure will accomplish towards stopping climate change, is outweighed by damage done to peoples livelihoods and quality of life for many citizens. Haven't we already seen enough destruction to our lives and economy such that Covid continues to cause? |
