| Comment | CARB Personnel, Please hear the cries of tax paying,voting California sports fishermen/fisherwomen. Protect our beloved and necessary access to salt water sportsfishing. Make the standards for sportsfishing boats so that state/federal subsidy is available to help the fishing captains make the transition to new boat technology reasonable and business friendly. Don't punish your constituents by essentially reoving our cherished lifestyle sport by making environmetal air restictions so sudden and severe. thank you for your concern,understanding , and sensitivity to this huge issue for tens of thousands of saltwater enthusiasts.
