I am writing to you to request that you do not pass regulations
that will put charter boats and small time operators out of
business. Most of these businesses are struggling now after the
covid shutdown ,price of fuel, insurance etc. Please consider the
livelihoods of these people and even if they could afford to
reconfigure their boats they would have to raise the prices to go
out fishing so high that their customers would not be able to pay
it.
