| Comment | There has to be some common sense in implementing a new regulation when there are no engines available and the technology is far in the future, the safety factor alone would be enough to discourage the board from considering this regulation- if your going to pay the farmers not to plant almond trees then the least you can do is try and do the same for the businesses which this law would effect and put out of business, Please reconsider this regulation. Thanks |
