Making changes that impact sport fishing such that only the richest
of people can afford to fish should not be something you are
considering.  This is a public access issue and any negligible air
pollution should not be taken as more important than public access
and affordability.  Yea f that is the only consideration then
beaches should be closed because beach sand - otherwise known as
silica is a known cancer causing agent for the lungs.  Children
have less and less access to these outdoor activities which should
be encouraged.  Please make decisions not based on only one
directional viewpoint - continually limiting outdoor recreational
activities is and does have negative impacts to our communities and
our children.
