Hello,

I urge and implore you NOT to adopt the new regulations that would
require sport fishing boats to adopt the new proposed standards so
quickly.  This should be a 10-15 year approach where both boat
owners, as well as sport fishermen, could slowly adapt and make the
necessary changes to meet CA emissions.

Why government continues to propose these major, industry-ending,
Knee-Jerk reactions with regard to regulations is NOT OK.  

I personally believe it's based on the fact that you only have 1
year and one month until you LOSE control of both house/senate and
2 years until you lose the Whitehouse as well.

Give it up and do SOMETHING for once that makes sense and is
actually logical and won't end an entire industry.

And you wonder why people are leaving CA in droves.  Mirror much?
