Please save ocean sport fishing on the california coast.  New CARB
regulations are not only a direct threat to family businesses and
outdoor tourism, but future access to offshore fishing and marine
life! As boats are removed from the water, fishing participation
rates will decline and so will fishing license sales that fund
critical offshore and inland conservation and fishery programs -
programs that are essential to environmental sustainability and
access to plentiful fish.

Once again california would make ocean fishing expense and out of
reach except for the rich.  People of poor and normal means would
not be able to afford ocean fishing and recreation.  Please don't
cut us off from this enjoyment.
