To whom it may concern.
Please reconsider passing these regulations on the sport boat and
whale watching industries, as it will decimate the businesses and
livelihoods these communities depend on. Not only will it kill a
billion dollar revenue for the state, it will also kill the revenue
the Department of Fish and Wildlife depend on from fishing
licenses. This is a no win situation for everyone.
