| Comment | Please give the hard working boat owners some slack. 15 years from the last major overhaul/ replacement would be the expected operating life of a Sportfishing boat engine. What about the engines in the bulldozers, backhoes and other heavy construction equipment in use today? What about all the older heavy trucks still in use today? |
