| Comment | Dear Sir or Maam, I respectfully ask that you re-consider the proposed regulation to commercial Harbor Craft. While I 100% agree that our environment is one, if not thee most important asset our state of California has, I firmly believe there are many other sources of pollution / emissions that can be addressed with great impact at protecting our states resources. The impacts that this proposal could have would not just be financially devastating to many, it would negatively alter the entire states identity while providing minimal results in its efficacy.
