As a lifelong sports fisherman, I urge you to reconsider this
draconian legislation which would effectively put many independent
charter boats out of business and/or force them to raise rates so
high ( to help cover the cost of engine replacement) that senior
citizens such as myself could no longer afford the price for a day
of fishing.  This is a classic case of "unintended consequences "
from legislation which intends to do good (cleaner air/ minimize
climate impact) but will have a catastrophic impact on commercial
charter boat owners, their families, their employees and "old
geezers" like me who enjoy going out fishing at an affordable
price.
