| Comment | I feel that the proposed amendments to the commercial harbor craft regulations will be harmful the sports fishing industry and sport fishermen in general. Changes could be made for any new vessel entering into service but existing vessels should be exempt from the new regulations. We do not need any new restrictions to reduce the ability of the public to enjoy our outdoor activities. |
