| Comment | I want CARB to pls reconsider also this is 2nd time I've emailed I still haven't received an explanation of how much pollution this will remove or EPA impact report on what damage these boats contribute also these boats were ok when they were built is it the position ofCARB that no boat is I. Compliance any moment CARB changes the rules? Meaning if all the sportfishing boats comply how long will these boats be ok for? 1year , 2year 5 years? How can any company keep up with that uncertainty. How come international fishing 3miles out for commercial CARB isn't going after , seems it's the low hanging fruit for symbolic unless there is some data that can be provided? On the surface it looks very unjust and if this happens my family will no longer vacation in California for anything as I see this is very overreaching.
